Exhibitor and NGOs Registration Forms Now Being Accepted for our 6th Annual Special Needs Conference Expo, Scheduled for April 14, 2012

The Nathan Ebanks Foundation is now accepting Exhibitor agreements forms and NGOs exhibitor agreement forms for The 6th Annual Special Needs Conference Expo, which is scheduled for April 13 & 14, 2012.

The cost to be an Exhibitor is $30,000 and will include one 10’ x 10’ area furnished with one table and two chairs. There is discounted cost of $10,000 for non profit and NGO organizations.

All Exhibitor Agreements must be received by the latest Wednesday, April 4, 2012 (subject to space availability). To receive a $1,000 discount, make payment before February 29, 2012.

An exhibitor meeting will be held two weeks prior to the event.

Agreement forms can be submitted by mail to Nathan Ebanks Foundation, the Business District, 22B Old Hope road, Kingston 5. Full payment must be received in order to confirm your booking. To qualify for the NGO discount, your organization must meeting the following criteria:

• Owned and operated by a disability advocate

• Employs fewer than five people
